At BARE SSKIN, we value your time and the time reserved exclusively for your treatment. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following booking and cancellation policy applies.

Booking Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of all online bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance payable on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• 24 hours or more notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. Deposits may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will apply. Any deposit already paid will be retained towards this fee.
• No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this amount, with the remaining balance payable.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may have their treatment shortened or need to reschedule. Where the appointment cannot proceed, the late cancellation policy may apply.

Recent Cosmetic Treatments

Clients are responsible for informing BARE SSKIN of any recent cosmetic injectables, dermal fillers, cosmetic tattooing or other procedures that may affect treatment suitability. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling due to undisclosed recent procedures may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Additional Information

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

If BARE SSKIN needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of their deposit. Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
